What to Expect

Before booking

When I hear from you about your interest in working with me to document your wedding, I'll do a little jig for joy then reach out with an email. We will schedule a phone call / zoom meeting / coffee date to meet and get to know each other. I'll be eager to learn all about your love story, your plans so far for the wedding, and what you're seeking in a wedding photographer. Knowing this is a big decision, I want to ensure we are a great fit. I'll also be happy to answer any questions you have for me!

Before the big day

Once you've decided I'm the one for capturing the big day, I'll send a contract over for your review along with an invoice for a 25% deposit, which will secure my services for your date (payment is due in full by 14 days prior to the wedding date). I'll check in periodically to hear how planning is coming along, and in the months leading up to your event we will meet (in person or by zoom) to chat about shot lists, timelines, and more.

Wedding day

Whew, we made it!!! Congratulations, I'm so excited to celebrate your love today. I'll arrive early on site and introduce myself to your closest people. Based on our prior conversations, I'll jump into capturing candids, details, and portraits. I'll be present but not overbearing to ensure your most special moments are documented and you're able to enjoy every second.

After the wedding

Within six weeks of your wedding, I'll provide you with a digital gallery via email where you'll be able to favorite, share, and download your images. You can also order products such as prints and cards through the gallery. I love keeping up with my clients - if you're open to I'd love to stay connected on social media!
